Art 07 Rosa del Deserto
Fragrance notes
Character
Art 07 Rosa del Deserto opens with a fruit mix that leans heavily on big strawberry and raspberry, supported by pear, peach, and apple. The sheer number of sweet top notes can feel crowded, and the passionfruit adds a tart edge that does not fully settle with the others. Pink pepper and violet leaves provide a brief green lift, but the fruit accord dominates quickly and leaves little room for subtlety.
The heart shifts toward Taif rose and lotus, with honey smoothing the transition. Magnolia, ylang-ylang, jasmine, heliotrope, and orange blossom layer into a dense floral center that feels warm rather than fresh. The honey note pushes the sweetness further, and the floral bouquet becomes thick. This is a daytime scent that suits bright surroundings, where the richness can breathe without feeling overwhelming in a closed space.
Sandalwood, tonka bean, vanilla, white musk, incense, patchouli, vetiver, frankincense, ambergris, Siam benzoin, and styrax form a heavy base. The vanilla and benzoin amplify the sugar already present, so the drydown stays sweet rather than turning dry or woody. The composition is cohesive but offers little contrast, and the heavy sweetness throughout may feel too much for anyone who prefers a drier finish.
