Fragrance notes
Character
The patio is lit by a single string of warm bulbs, and the air feels heavy with ripe mango, passionfruit, and guava that have been sliced and left on a stone table. A breeze carries violet leaves and green tea past the fruit, then jasmine sambac and orange blossom rise through the sweetness while rose and iris soften the edges. Beneath it all, oud and leather sit next to frankincense and patchouli, with vanilla, tonka bean, and siam benzoin wrapping the wood in a golden, powdery warmth. White musk, sandalwood, cedar, ambergris, and labdanum hold the entire scene together so the fruit never floats away from the resin.
Saffron and plum add a sharp, dark gleam to the bright tropical opening, and the leather grows more noticeable as the night goes on. The composition feels rich and deliberate, more suited to a formal dinner or a late event than a casual afternoon. It asks for someone who enjoys a bold fruit that quickly meets smoke and resin, and who wants a scent that feels dressed for the evening. Wear it when the invitation says black tie, or when a warm night calls for something that carries both the orchard and the incense burner at once.
