Chronos
Fragrance notes
Character
A narrow path cuts through a grove of fir trees, the air cool enough that the needles underfoot still hold a trace of morning damp. Someone walking here wears Chronos, and the opening arrives in that first breath of movement. Fir and juniper press against the nose, sharp and green, while star anise and pepper add a dry, biting heat that keeps the woods from feeling quiet. Petitgrain brightens the edges, and Brazilian rosewood grounds the spray with a clean, pale wood that does not weigh the air down.
Further along the trail, the trees open into a small clearing where wild roses push through the undergrowth. The heart of Chronos mirrors that moment. Taif rose and standard rose bloom together, backed by immortelle that lends a warm, hay-like depth. Jasmine and magnolia soften the spice without hiding it, and ylang-ylang rounds the edges into something plush. The floral side sits close to the skin, never loud, letting the green opening linger in the background while the sun filters through the canopy.
Benzoin and amber settle near the cuffs, their resinous warmth mixing with iris and oakmoss to create a soft, powdery base. Ambrette adds a gentle musk that blends into the fabric of a coat. The scene stays fixed here, the air still carrying fir and rose in the same breath, the resin and wood wrapping around the floral heart while the path continues forward and the light shifts across the clearing
