Fragrance notes
Character
A cabin porch in the cool air holds the resinous weight of pine needles and damp wood. The scent arrives with a sharp lemon brightness that cuts through the heavy balsam, while a dark, fermented black currant adds a sour depth to the evergreen atmosphere.
Tobacco and castoreum form the heavy core of the air here. They create a rough, leathery texture that feels aged and slightly dirty rather than polished. The amber and tonka bean try to smooth the edges with a sugary warmth, but the rugged animalic notes remain the dominant voice in the room.
You can feel the scent occupying the space around you as the resinous pine hangs in the air long after the initial spray settles into the skin. The spices do not bite; they simmer beneath the sticky balsam, creating a thick cloud that feels substantial against the crisp breeze outside.
The intensity of the animalic base becomes a burden in close quarters. The castoreum and tobacco combination is aggressively pungent, and the lack of fresh air circulation makes the heavy, fermented sweetness feel suffocating rather than comforting.
