Our take

Zantol is a daytime scent for anyone who wants the beach without the heavy sunscreen. Voyager builds the entire argument around salt and sugar, two notes that usually fight, yet here they sit side by side. The opening hits with a clean, mineral salt that smells like damp air near the water. It is crisp and immediately refreshing, which is why this works best when the sun is high and the air feels warm.

Santol enters and changes the direction. The fruit is tart and slightly milky, giving the salt something to cling to besides plain sweetness. Jasmine floats above it, soft and white, never sharp or indolic. Together they create a floral heart that feels casual rather than dressed up, more suited to a walk outside than a formal evening.

Sugar waits in the base, but it does not take over. It rounds the edges of the salt and keeps the santol from leaning too sour. The vanilla accord in the background adds a smooth texture that makes the whole composition feel approachable. It is sweet, yet the salt keeps it from becoming a gourmand.

The result is a marine floral that stays light on the skin because the sugar is balanced by that constant salty air. It smells like a bright afternoon spent near the ocean, with the fruit and flowers growing closer as the warmth continues
