The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Fragrance notes
Character
The porch light flickers above a wooden step where dry heat still rises from the boards. Dewberry and bergamot sit in the air like juice left out too long, sweet and bright against the rough grain of the night. A curl of smoke drifts past, not thick enough to choke, but enough to make the air feel lived in and slightly dangerous.
Leather presses into the scene next, heavy and warm, laid down beside Texas cedar that smells of sun-bleached planks and old fences. Dust hangs in the corners of the air, fine and dry, catching what little light remains. The rose does not soften the picture. It stands upright among the leaves, green and sharp, refusing to turn the moment into something pretty.
This is a place where wood wears the scent of labor and the air carries what was left behind. Animalic warmth moves through the cedar and leather, steady and close. Smoke lingers near the rose, and the dust settles everywhere at once. Woody, smoky, leather.
