The opening presents a thick white floral blend of honeysuckle, tiare flower, and orange blossom. These notes are not light or airy. They feel dense and sweet, creating a lush barrier before the heart of the composition takes hold. Once the oud and leather arrive, the flowers do not vanish. They linger and add a powdery, fruity softness that prevents the rugged materials from becoming too severe.
The leather here is raw and pairs closely with the oud, which carries an animalic edge. This combination creates a musky, resinous foundation that feels traditional and deeply rooted in Middle Eastern perfumery. The musk in the base smooths the transition between the sharp leather and the heavy wood, but it does not lift the scent.
