The floral side stays clean and transparent rather than heavy, letting the citrus lead without turning sharp. Vanilla enters soon after, but the addition of salt keeps the sweetness from becoming a flat line, giving the heart a soft, coastal warmth that feels relaxed and approachable. As it develops, ambergris brings a faint animalic edge that adds depth without pushing the fragrance into something aggressive. Cashmere wood and sandalwood wrap the base in a smooth, powdery finish that leans balsamic and comforting. The overall impression is woody, amber, and warm spicy, with a salty vanilla thread running through it.
The blend feels polished and cohesive, moving from citrus to cream with ease. The limitation here is the salt. On some skin it reads more mineral than marine, and that savory edge can clash with the vanilla instead of supporting it, leaving the heart feeling slightly unsettled rather than seamless.
