Amber and vetiver form the base, creating a woody, slightly resinous foundation that anchors the brighter top notes. The olive tree note is subtle and green, contributing a smooth, almost salty earthiness that distinguishes Somers from typical citrus-woody releases. The overall impression is aromatic and clean, leaning masculine but not heavy. The blend does have a noticeable limitation. The olive tree and amber combination can read as slightly synthetic, giving the dry down a plastic quality that clashes with the natural opening.
