Character
The lounge chair is angled toward a pale sun that has not yet decided how warm it wants to be. A slice of pear sits on a glass table beside a towel still damp from the sea, and the air carries both at once. The fruit is crisp and pale, not sugary, bright against the cool air moving in from the water.
Salt clings to skin and fabric, and the breeze brings a shallow wash of sea water that feels mineral and clean. Honey settles into the damp air, thick enough to round the edges of the jasmine without pulling the scene into a garden. The flower stays close, humid and slightly waxy, lifted by something aldehydic that makes the light feel brighter than it is.
Wood and resin begin to warm the air near the chair. Cashmere wood feels smooth and a little fuzzy against the salt, while amber and musk press the scent into the fabric of the towel and the collar of a shirt. Oud arrives as a dry, faintly animal shadow that keeps the sweetness from floating away completely.
Ambroxan spreads across the space like heat rising from stone, turning the marine air into something dry and modern. The pear lingers near the glass, the sea water stays in the fabric, and the air smells fruity, marine, aquatic, sweet, aldehydic, amber, aromatic, mineral, salty, fresh.
