Tickle Flame
Fragrance notes
Tickle Flame opens with a resinous blend of styrax and benzoin, softened by the dark fruit of dates. Nutmeg and caraway add a fresh spicy edge that prevents the resins from feeling too heavy. The spices are present but restrained, allowing the balsamic sweetness to lead the first impression.
The heart introduces cedar, cypriol, patchouli, guaiac wood, and sandalwood. These woods create a dry, earthy bridge between the sweet top and the animalic base. Cypriol and patchouli lend a damp, soil-like quality, while the cedar and sandalwood offer a smoother, creamier texture that grounds the composition.
In the base, labdanum and incense deepen the amber character, joined by leather, castoreum, and suede. The leather and castoreum provide a distinct animalic warmth that feels dense and slightly powdery. The suede note keeps the texture soft rather than sharp. Tickle Flame settles into a woody, amber, and leather accord that feels balsamic and musky.
