Twilight
Fragrance notes
Twilight opens with a bright, tart mix of black currant, raspberry, and cherry. The fruit is crisp and immediate, leaning into the red and dark berry accords without becoming syrupy. As the fragrance develops, blackberry joins the blend, adding a deeper, slightly darker fruit layer. Labdanum introduces a warm, resinous weight that grounds the berries, while almond brings a soft, nutty roundness that steers the heart away from sharpness and toward a smoother, creamier texture. The transition feels steady rather than dramatic, moving from fruit-led freshness into a denser, more anchored composition.
The base centers on cashmeran and vanilla, which give the fragrance a woody, powdery foundation with a pronounced sweet warmth. Rum adds a gentle, boozy softness that blends into the vanilla rather than standing out on its own. The overall character is fruity, sweet, amber, and musky, with noticeable almond and nutty facets throughout. The powdery finish sits close to the skin in feel and tone. The one clear limitation is that the rum and berry notes can feel slightly synthetic, which may distract from the warmth of the vanilla and the resinous depth of the labdanum.
