Our take

The opening pepper bites hard and carries a rough edge that can feel abrasive if the skin is still warm from the sun. It does not ease in gently. You are standing on a stone path where rain has just passed through and left the air cool but not cold. Wet earth rises from the ground while bergamot sits in the air above it, bright and clean. The citrus keeps the scene from feeling heavy, moving through the space with a clear, sharp motion that cuts the damp.

Vetiver enters through the middle of the air, rooty and dry, pulling the scent toward the soil. Patchouli adds a dark, green weight that settles near the ground, mixing with a leather note that smells like a worn jacket left out in the damp. The balsamic accord rounds the edges without making the blend sweet. It feels masculine and grounded, suited to someone who likes a fragrance that stays close to nature and avoids anything polished or overly refined.

The path curves near a row of trees where the air stays still and the ground holds the day's moisture. Green returns here, carried by the vetiver and the patchouli together. Earthy and woody tones wrap around the leather, creating a space that feels quiet and textured. The citrus has faded into the background, leaving the aromatic and fresh spicy accords to carry the scene forward through the damp air.
