Azurée D’Or
Fragrance notes
Character
Plum and pink pepper meet saffron in a bright, slightly fruity opening that carries a cool herbal lift from clary sage. The spice is present without feeling hot, and the fruit stays dark rather than candy-like. It is an entrance that feels composed, not crowded.
Rose and jasmine sit beside galbanum in the heart, where the green edge of the leaf keeps the flowers from turning soft. The middle leans aromatic and dry, with the rose lending a faint powder that the galbanum immediately steadies. Vetiver and patchouli bring an earthy woodiness to the base, while labdanum and orris add a resinous weight that settles close to the skin. Leather arrives slowly and never dominates, acting more like a texture than a loud statement. The drydown feels grounded and warm, with the patchouli and vetiver spinning a quiet, woody thread through the resin and root.
A heavy wool coat thrown over a silk scarf in a room lit by a single lamp.
