Carrot seeds and violet enter soon after, adding a soft, slightly powdery floral layer that keeps the opening from feeling sharp. Jasmine rounds out the heart with a gentle sweetness that stays in the background.
The base defines the fragrance. Vetiver brings an earthy, dry woodiness that anchors the lighter top notes as they fade. Guaiac wood and red cedar add a smooth, resinous depth that feels natural rather than polished. The woods sit close to the skin and linger steadily through the day without growing heavier or darker. This is a dry composition, more aromatic than sweet, and the carrot seed note gives it a faintly root-like edge that sets it apart from standard citrus woods.
Wear it while walking outside when the air feels warm and the light is clear, or while sitting near an open window with a breeze moving through the room. The scent stays present through a morning and an afternoon without needing attention. The limitation here is the materials themselves.
