First Glance opens with a vivid sweep of mandarin orange, grapefruit, and pear, brightened by the tart spark of raspberry and cassis. A twist of pepper adds a gentle lift without turning sharp. The entrance feels immediate and cheerful, leaning into fruit without becoming syrup.
The heart gathers magnolia, white lily, jasmine, orange blossom, rose, and violet, supported by green leaves that keep the florals from turning heavy. Cedar and vetiver anchor the base alongside vanilla, amber, musk, and patchouli. The woods and musk give structure, while the vanilla and amber soften the edges so the florals do not float unattached.
The composition stays close to its accords of white floral, woody, floral, citrus, green, aromatic, fresh spicy, soft spicy, fruity, and powdery. It moves smoothly from fruit to flower to wood without surprising the wearer. The one clear limitation is that the blend tries to include everything at once, so no single facet claims a strong identity.
