Our take

It opens with a crisp, glossy pear, all dewy and translucent, shot through with the sharp green bite of pink pepper and a cool, almost aquatic freesia. The pear stays front and center for about twenty minutes before the heart clouds over with a softly powdery violet and a dollop of apple blossom that reads as clean, not candied. The orchid is barely there, just a faint, waxy floral hum. The drydown is where the skeleton shows a woody vanilla and a sandalwood so polite it might as well whisper sorry for existing. The whole thing feels like a watercolor painting of a conservatory on a hazy spring morning, all pastel blur and no hard edges. It is synthetic in a pleasant, mass market way, fresh without being screechy, sweet without being syrupy. But here is the problem: this fragrance evaporates like morning fog. With a sillage barely nudging two out of five and longevity hovering just above two, you are buying a mood, not a performance. It suits someone who wants a gauzy, close to the skin floral for a lazy Sunday brunch or a cool afternoon at the park. Skip it if you need presence, if you want your scent to walk into a room before you do. Wear it in spring, maybe early summer, on a day when you don t mind reapplying. Why does something so lovely have to disappear so fast?
