Metallic and a little sharp at the very start, thanks to saffron and coriander pushing against bitter orange, Red Temptation For Her doesn't open the way its name suggests. Praline moves in for the heart, adding a warm, nutty sweetness alongside jasmine, and the shift from spicy-metallic to sweet is what makes this fragrance worth following closely, handled fast enough that the opening never lingers long past its purpose.
Amber, moss and musk take over from there, dry and a little earthy, giving the praline's sweetness something to lean against all the way to the drydown. The moss adds a bitter, damp edge under the amber, which is really the whole trick of the composition: a gourmand heart wrapped in a much drier, more serious base.
Wear time holds up well, sticking around for a long stretch once the spicy opening has calmed down. What it puts off is modest in size, a warm, powdery cloud that a person standing shoulder to shoulder with you would notice clearly. Fall and winter suit it best, cold enough weather for the amber and praline to feel warm rather than cloying.
