Our take

Bonbon earns its name early: peach, mandarin and orange open bright and juicy, then caramel arrives in the heart alongside orange blossom and jasmine, turning the fruit into something that smells genuinely like melted sugar rather than a fruit bowl. It leans fully into candy without curdling into anything cloying, mostly because the florals keep some lift in the mix, and the citrus from the top keeps resurfacing faintly through the heart.

The base brings amber, sandalwood, guaiac wood and cedar, and this is where Bonbon grows up a little, the woods adding a dry, resinous warmth under all that sugar.

Longevity is average, holding for a fair stretch before it softens into something quieter, and the diffusion stays soft and close, hovering mainly around the wearer, felt at conversational range.

Fall and winter wear suit it especially well, when a little extra warmth and sweetness in the air feels especially welcome. Anyone who enjoys caramel and amber together will find this an easy, comforting wear, and even people who usually avoid sweet fragrances may be won over by how the woods keep it grounded.
