Our take

Spicebomb Infrared opens with a startling burst of red fruits, sticky and sharp, as if someone juiced a bowl of cherries over a sparkler. Pink pepper and saffron add a dry, almost metallic shimmer that keeps the sweetness from tipping into soda pop territory. The heart is where this thing earns its name: cinnamon and red pepper lock together into a hot, dusty glow, like a campfire doused in chili syrup. Then tobacco and benzoin smooth everything into a warm, sweet ambered base that clings close to skin.

This isn’t a bomb that detonates across a room. With sillage around 2.84 and longevity barely cresting three and a half hours, Infrared is more of a slow burn, a personal aura that requires reapplication if you want presence past dinner. It feels slightly synthetic in its fruity top, but the dry down settles into a comfortable, mainstream warmth that leans heavily sweet and spicy. It suits a man who likes his cinnamon loud and his fruit candied, someone heading to a winter party or a fall night out where the jacket stays on. Skip it if you prefer leather or smoke or anything that breathes. This is a closed window, a warm pocket, a single ember that glows and fades too fast.
