Wezen opens with a bright lift of bergamot and Bulgarian rose, joined by the herbal edge of clary sage and the clean presence of lavender. Saffron adds a warm, slightly metallic shimmer that keeps the citrus and flowers from feeling light. The combined effect is aromatic and floral with a fresh spicy accent that feels composed and deliberate.
The heart introduces jasmine sambac and African marigold, which deepen the white floral character already present in the opening. Incense and nutmeg bring a soft spicy texture, while cypriol grounds the florals with an earthy resonance. The transition keeps the aromatic accord intact while moving the composition toward something darker and more resinous.
In the base, Indian oud and Cambodian oud provide a rich, woody depth that pairs with patchouli and oakmoss. Ambergris and amber add a smooth, slightly saline warmth that rounds the sharper edges of the woods. The overall impression is suited to cool air and dim lighting, where heavy materials feel natural. The profile settles on oud, rose, and amber.
