Gardenia floats through the heart, smooth and slightly creamy, before Singapore patchouli grounds the scene with an earthy depth. Palisander rosewood and Australian sandalwood give the air a polished, woody texture. Tobacco leaf curls through the base alongside tonka bean and Madagascar vanilla, creating a warm, aromatic trail that feels intentional and composed.
Paolo Terenzi composed Deriva for both women and men, and the blend reflects that balance. The citrus and fruit never shout over the herbs and spices. Patchouli and tobacco leaf keep the sweetness from running loose, while sandalwood and rosewood add a refined, natural finish.
