Then comes the twist: a whisper of caramel that never turns syrupy, balanced by the earthy, almost medicinal edge of Singapore patchouli. The dry down settles into a cozy blanket of cedar, musk, and Madagascar vanilla, but the leather keeps it from veering too soft. The overall character is like a vintage powder compact tucked inside a brand new leather handbag, one that still smells of the factory but also of someone’s grandmother.
