Pomelo and lime arrive first, bright and sharp against the skin. Clary sage adds a clean, slightly herbal edge that keeps the citrus from feeling like a standard bathroom cleaner. Ginger sits underneath, warm and faintly prickly, giving the opening a small spark of heat.
Coconut and fig form the center, creamy and dense. Tuberose and jasmine push through with a heavy white floral weight, while mimosa absolute lends a soft, pollen-like yellow dust. Heliotrope and lily-of-the-valley lighten the mix just enough, and champaca adds a faintly tea-like floral gloss.
Sandalwood and hinoki wood carry the drydown, smooth and dry. Salt and ambergris create a mineral, coastal feel that stops the caramel from becoming a flat sugar note. Oakmoss and patchouli ground the base with earth, while musk lingers near the body throughout the wear.
The scent feels substantial on the skin during a warm afternoon walk near open water. It suits someone who enjoys a lush, creamy fig paired with dark wood. The one drawback is the tuberose and jasmine combination, which grows overwhelming and cloys the nose after a few hours.
