Midnight Woods
Fragrance notes
Character
Pine and cloves hit first, bright and resinous, with brown sugar rounding the edges into something that feels like walking past a cabin where the door is open and the stove is lit. It is not a gourmand, just a warm shadow cast by sugar over resin. The opening feels crisp before it settles, the kind of air that makes you zip a jacket a little higher.
Guaiac wood and amber take over, smooth and dry, while coconut adds a soft creaminess that keeps the woods from feeling too dry or austere. Frankincense and vanilla deepen the blend, and cashmeran pulls it all toward a plush, slightly fuzzy finish. The materials feel modern and polished, leaning toward a designer aesthetic that stays close to the skin in character rather than making a loud entrance.
Leandro Petit composed a scent that fits a cool evening walk under bare trees or a quiet dinner when the air still carries a chill. It suits someone who likes resinous woods but wants a touch of sweetness to keep them approachable. Wear it when the light fades early and a little warmth makes the difference between comfortable and cold.
