Nuevalos belongs to the person who steps out when the streetlights hum and the pavement still holds the day's warmth. It is for the wearer who likes a scent that feels substantial against a linen shirt and a night that has no set endpoint. The opening brings bergamot and jasmine, bright and slightly humid, with honey smoothing the edges so the first impression feels generous rather than sharp. There is an immediate ozonic lift that keeps the florals from sitting flat, as if the air around the wearer has been cracked open near the sea.
Salt appears early and stays, cutting through the cacao so the heart never collapses into a dense block of sweetness. Sandalwood and oud give the middle a dry, carved-wood texture while the spice accords add a low heat that builds slowly. The base gathers opoponax, benzoin, labdanum and oakmoss into a resinous, mossy weight that feels aged and slightly shadowed. Musk binds the resins so the finish stays close to the skin rather than floating away. The whole composition smells like a heavy wooden door opening onto a courtyard where the pool water reflects a single lit window.
