RSX/01: The Greengrocer
Fragrance notes
Character
Sunlight hits the open stall on the corner, and the air carries a sliced peach resting near a tray of melons. A faint wisp of smoke drifts from a nearby food truck, curling through the fruit display. The first impression is bright and edible, but it does not stay there.
As the morning continues, the scent shifts into something stranger. The fruit softens and a clean, synthetic plastic note rises, smooth and unmistakable, like the interior of a new lunchbox left in the sun. A sharp breath of gasoline cuts through the sweetness, thin and industrial, balanced by a cool ozonic lift that keeps the air feeling open. Beneath it all, spicy and woody hints add a dry warmth while a powdery musk settles close to the skin. The melon lingers, waxy and pale, surrounded by that artificial haze. You stand among the crates with the smell of synthetic fruit and warm plastic wrapping the moment completely.
