Our take

The opening of Supremacy Silver is a sharp, juicy slap of pineapple and black currant, with bergamot cutting through like a cold slice of citrus. It feels almost candied at first, but the apple adds a crispness that keeps it from tipping into syrupy territory. Then the birch and patchouli step in, dragging the sweetness down into a smoky, leathery middle that smells like a pineapple that has been charred on a barbecue pit. The rose and jasmine are barely there, just enough to round out the edges without making it floral in any feminine sense. On the dry down, a clean musk and oakmoss base emerges, with vanilla softening the smoky accord into something almost cozy.

This is a woody floral musk that wears like a synthetic interpretation of a tropical fruit basket left next to a leather jacket. It feels bright and fresh on the skin, but there is a slight roughness to the birch that keeps it from being truly smooth. The longevity is modest at best, fading noticeably after three or four hours, and the sillage sits close to the body more often than not. You will not fill a room with this, but you will leave a pleasant trail for anyone within arm's reach.

It suits a man who wants a fresh, fruity scent without smelling like a teenager drowning in candy. Skip it if you demand beast mode projection or nuclear longevity, because this is a polite, springtime companion, not a statement piece. Wear it on a warm afternoon, a casual brunch, or a daytime date when you want to smell clean but not boring.
