Our take

Violet and tuberose sit side by side here, powdery and thick, with the oud adding a dark, resinous weight that pulls the flowers down from the air and onto the skin. Mimosa brings a yellow, pollen-heavy brightness that clashes pleasantly with the fern, which smells like crushed stems after rain. Lime blossom floats through the middle, sweet and slightly spicy, tying the white petals to the green leaves without choosing a side.

The sweetness is real but it stays close, wrapped in powder so that it never becomes a candy scent. Oud anchors the florals so the whole composition feels grounded rather than flighty, while the fern keeps the air moving through the petals. It wears like a garden path at twilight, where the blooms release their heaviest scent and the damp earth rises to meet them.

Francesca suits someone who likes a floral that refuses to be light and pretty, choosing instead to be lush and slightly shadowed. Wear it when the air turns cool and the evening stretches out, especially in spring when the real blossoms are finally open again.
