The shift happens smoothly, with the fruit staying present while the woods and leather begin to dominate the space.
The base brings castoreum and oud that deepen the entire structure. The castoreum adds a musky, animalic edge that feels raw next to the smooth amber and polished leather. Oud contributes a dark woodiness that ties the patchouli and cashmere wood together. The result is a mix of woody, musky, amber, fruity, balsamic, leather, and patchouli elements that feel dense and layered. It suits cooler air and dim lighting, where the plum and currant can sit against the heavier materials without feeling out of place. The fruit lingers as the animalic base grows
