Character
Grapes and tamarind lead the opening with a juicy, slightly tart fruitiness that feels bright and immediate. Pink pepper adds a gentle sparkle that keeps the fruit from sitting too flat. The entrance is cheerful and uncomplicated, offering a clear sweet start that does not try to be subtle.
The heart introduces black violet and rose alongside cacao. The flowers bring a soft, powdery floral character while the cacao adds a dry, slightly bitter edge that grounds the sweetness. It moves from playful fruit into something more composed, where the floral side feels rounded rather than sharp.
Massoia wood and patchouli form a creamy, earthy base that supports the black vanilla husk. The vanilla here is dark and husky rather than sugary, blending with the wood to create a smooth, slightly powdery finish. The patchouli adds depth without turning heavy or medicinal.
The result is a fruity, sweet, warm spicy, woody, rose, cacao, violet, vanilla, powdery, patchouli composition that suits a walk under bare trees while the air still carries a chill, with a scarf pulled up and the cold air meeting the warm skin.
