Synthetic Breeze
Fragrance notes
Synthetic Breeze opens with a sharp spray of bitter orange and rosemary. The citrus is loud and immediate. Orange blossom sits beside it, adding a white floral lift that keeps the start from feeling too medicinal. It is a bright entrance that leans into the aromatic accord.
The heart brings tonka bean and almond forward. The almond here is soft and powdery rather than nutty. It meets the cedar and vetiver in the base, where the leather note finally appears. That leather is clean and dry, lacking the heavy animalic quality found in traditional leather scents. Cedar provides a smooth wooden plank for the tonka to rest on, while vetiver adds a slightly earthy, root-like texture. The sweetness from the tonka is present but restrained by the aromatic herbs that linger from the top. It feels constructed and deliberate, wearing its synthetic nature openly instead of hiding it.
The overall impression is of a modern city park built on a concrete foundation. Neatly trimmed hedges grow between paved walkways. The air smells of fresh peels and polished wood.
