Our take

Walking past a garden where rain has just hit fresh greenery, you catch a sharp galbanum edge brightened by blood orange. Tuberose steps in quickly, creamy and loud, softened by a pinch of ginger that keeps the floral side from feeling heavy. The labdanum and amber in the base give it a resinous warmth that clings to fabric and skin without demanding attention across a room.

This is a scent for cool air and wool coats, the kind of day when you want something green but comforting. It suits someone who likes white florals but wants them grounded in wood and resin rather than floating in pure sweetness. Cedar adds a dry backbone that stops the amber from turning sugary, making the whole composition feel steady and composed.

The tuberose here leans synthetic, a little plastic and flat compared to the natural snap of the opening galbanum. That artificial floral tone limits how often you will reach for it, especially if you prefer your white flowers to smell alive and textured. It is a pleasant wear, but the heart never quite lives up to the vivid first impression.
