Luminary
Fragrance notes
Luminary presents a sharp, resinous opening built around elemi and bergamot. The elemi provides a slightly pine-like, peppery resin that lifts the citrus without turning sour. It feels clean and brisk, moving quickly into the heart where Sichuan pepper adds a tingly, bright heat.
Lavender and geranium form the floral core, but they stay dry and herbal rather than powdery or sweet. Vetiver runs through the middle, giving the blend a grassy, mineral edge that keeps the pepper from feeling flat. The base brings ambroxan and vanilla together. Vanilla here is smooth and barely sweet, softened by the synthetic warmth of ambroxan that adds a musky, amber-like depth.
The overall impression is fresh, spicy, and aromatic with a mild vanilla comfort underneath. It sits comfortably on skin as a daytime choice for cooler weather. Men who prefer herbal fougeres over heavy gourmands will find it easy to wear to the office or on weekend outings.
