Plum and vanilla sit close together here, soft and rounded. Labdanum brings a resinous weight that feels thick rather than bright. Musk and amber carry a warm, slightly animalic edge that keeps the sweetness from reading as clean or simple. The powdery accord settles across the blend and gives it a vintage, slightly dusty character. This is not a transparent perfume. The balsamic note adds a dark resin feel that leans heavy on the skin. Woody facets run through the whole composition and stop it from becoming a straight gourmand. The overall impression is rich, a little messy, and more intimate than loud.
The later stages are where Mythic stays interesting. Vanilla turns deep and almost sticky, supported by amber that feels dark and resinous. Labdanum grows more prominent and adds a leathery, slightly dirty warmth. Musk lingers with a skin-like quality that makes the perfume feel personal. The powdery aspect becomes stronger and gives the scent an old-fashioned elegance. Plum fades into the background but leaves a faint fruity softness behind. Balsamic touches keep the drydown from smelling flat. Wear it when the air is cold and the evening is quiet, wrapped in a coat and moving through dim streets. It fits someone who enjoys resinous warmth and does not mind a little animalic weight in their scent.
