New Scent New Seduction opens with a bright mix of black currant, bergamot, melon and mint. The fruit is crisp and the mint adds a cool edge, but the top notes move aside quickly. The heart is busier. Sea water and green apple keep the scent leaning aquatic and green, while cardamom and nutmeg add a soft spicy warmth. Cappuccino is an unusual presence here and it gives the middle a faint roasted roundness that sits beside the fruit without turning heavy. The aromatic accord holds these pieces together so the transition from fresh to spiced feels steady rather than jumpy.
The base is simple and that is where the fragrance spends most of its time. Amber carries the drydown with a warm, resinous tone that smooths the sharper edges left by the mint and the sea water. Woody notes anchor the amber and let the spice from the heart linger in a quieter form. The result is a warm spicy and amber-led finish that stays close to skin level. Fruity and citrus traces remain faint in the background, but the aromatic, amber and woody accords lead the way.
