The green opening feels alive, like standing barefoot on a lawn that has just been trimmed, the scent of crushed blades mixing with the heat of the wood beneath you.
Palo santo drifts in next, its dry smoke curling through a heavy white floral heart. Tuberose pushes forward with a creamy weight, while ylang-ylang adds a soft, golden richness that deepens the petals. The flowers do not float above the scene. They settle into the earthy green around them, rooted in the soil and the mint still lingering near the ground.
Vetiver brings a rough, grassy edge that anchors the base, joined by orris and its powdery iris tone. Sandalwood smooths the edges with a gentle, milky wood that wraps around the sharper greens. The air smells of crushed herbs, creamy petals, and sun-warmed timber all at once, the mint still flickering through the dense floral heart as the wooden bench holds the warmth of the day and the scent continues to shift through the leaves
