Sentinel
Fragrance notes
Character
Sentinel opens with a sharp pepper note that cuts through the initial pour of rum. The rum is present but it does not dominate the air around it.
Cedar enters the heart with a dry, upright posture. Patchouli brings an earthy density that grounds the wood. The two sit side by side without one overtaking the other.
Leather defines the drydown. It is a heavy material that carries the tobacco forward. The tobacco adds a warm, sweet layer that clings to the leather texture. This base feels animalic and deep. The sweetness here is thick rather than bright, and the woody accords from earlier now feel like a foundation beneath the skin of the leather.
The fragrance feels like a heavy workshop apron that has absorbed years of tobacco smoke and spilled spirits.
