A slice of pear rests on a plate beside a glass of lemon water, and the fruit skins give off a clean, bright scent that mixes with the damp green smell of the potted plants lining the walk. Marigold and lavender grow among the roses in the nearest bed, their petals releasing a soft, aromatic freshness that feels present without calling attention to itself. Cedar planks underfoot hold a gentle amber and musk warmth that rises slowly as the air moves, keeping the scent anchored near the body while the morning stretches on.
The composition stays close, wrapping the wearer in a gentle layer that others notice only when they step near. Pear and lemon lead with a sweet, aquatic clarity that never turns sharp, while the floral heart adds a calm, aromatic depth. Rose and marigold round the edges so the green leaves do not feel bare, and the base supports everything with a woody, resinous weight that lingers through the hours without growing heavy or loud.
