Our take

The opening is a bright burst of lychee and bergamot, a fizzy pink pepper spark that feels like a spritz of tropical soda on a warm afternoon. Then the orris steps in, dry and powdery, smoothing the fruit into something almost cosmetic, like the scent of a freshly opened compact mirror. As it dries down, praline and sandalwood wrap the iris in a soft, sweet haze, with ambroxan adding a clean, airy base that keeps it from tipping into syrup. The overall effect is like a silk scarf left on a sun-warmed vanity, floral and powdery, but with a faint, lingering sweetness from the candy shop next door.

It feels synthetic in the best way, polished and mainstream, entirely approachable. The longevity is disappointing, barely three hours before it becomes a ghost on skin, and the sillage hovers close enough that only a hug will catch it. For a fragrance launched in 2025 and crafted by Olivier Cresp, this is a breezy daytime option for someone who loves iris and fruit but hates projection. Wear it to brunch on a spring Saturday, to a garden party, or any casual daytime affair where you want to feel pretty without demanding attention. Skip it if you want to be smelled from across the room or if you need a scent to survive a full workday. It is a pleasant, fleeting romantic, not a statement.
