Creta
Fragrance notes
Character
Creta opens with a bright, immediate citrus presence built from Italian orange and bitter orange. The two oranges give the start a clean, slightly sharp lift that feels sunlit and direct. Jasmine sambac sits alongside the citrus from the first moments, adding a fresh floral edge that keeps the opening from leaning too heavily into fruit alone. The jasmine here is crisp rather than heady, and it carries the orange notes into a softer space without losing their clarity.
The heart deepens the jasmine sambac and introduces orange blossom. The orange blossom brings a gentle, slightly soapy floral quality that rounds out the composition. The citrus from the top begins to settle into the flowers, creating a smooth transition where the orange tones feel more like part of the bloom than a separate layer. The white floral accord becomes more prominent here, with the jasmine repeating across the top and heart to create a steady, continuous thread through the first two stages.
The base moves into honey and vanilla. The honey is warm and full, giving the fragrance a golden sweetness that sits close to the orange blossom and jasmine. Vanilla supports the honey with a smooth, creamy finish that ties the floral and sweet accords together. The result is a bright, floral citrus that gradually turns into a soft, honeyed warmth. The sweetness stays present throughout the base, and the vanilla keeps the honey from feeling sharp.
