Our take

Blood orange and peach open Touch of Pink on a juicy, candied note, spiced almost immediately by coriander and cardamom, an unusual pairing that gives the fruit real character beyond the usual sugar. Domitille Michalon Bertier lets carrot seeds and violet leaf give the jasmine heart an earthy, slightly powdery cast, an odd but pleasant contrast to how sugary the opening promised to be. The coriander repeats in both the top and the heart, giving the first half of the fragrance a consistent, faintly savory spine.

Vanilla, musk and sandalwood round out the base, soft and clean without much weight, letting the earlier spice and fruit fade gently rather than cutting off abruptly. The scent's staying power is middling, honest about what it is, and diffusion is soft and short-ranged, the sort you notice on your own wrist first.

Touch of Pink is built for warm weather, spring into summer, worn easily without much thought. It's an easygoing fragrance, more about a pleasant, spiced-fruit mood than about making a statement, the kind of scent that works equally well at a desk or a picnic table.
