This is a synthetic fragrance, unapologetically so, but the synthetic feel works in its favor for the few minutes it lasts. For twelve dollars or whatever Zara charges, you are buying a quick mood, not a commitment. It suits someone who wants a bright citrus burst before heading to a brunch or a daytime walk in early spring, but anyone expecting a full day performance or a complex gourmand will be disappointed. The musk and cashmeran save it from being a total evaporative joke, but barely. Wear it when you know you will be home in an hour or when you want to reapply something light and cheerful without feeling weighed down. And really, is there any fragrance at this price point asking for more than that?
