Our take

Euphoria Essence opens with a burst of glossy blackberry and raspberry, a tart, jammy sweetness that pink pepper lifts just enough to keep from tipping into cloying. The fruit settles quickly into a white floral heart that is less garden party and more drugstore hair oil, with orchid and lily of the valley playing it safe, synthetic but pleasant. White chocolate emerges in the base to soften everything into a creamy, candied warmth, while cashmere wood and patchouli provide a faint woody anchor, though the patchouli is so shy it might as well be a rumor.

The overall character reminds me of a glass of rosé left too long in the sun, pretty and sweet in the first sip, but fading fast into water. With a longevity of 2.77 and sillage barely reaching 2.69, this is a fragrance that evaporates before you finish getting dressed. It feels deliberately mainstream, a fruity floral engineered for the mall, not for the mind. It wears best on a sunny spring afternoon, the sort of scent you spritz on before brunch and forget about by the time the check arrives.

This is for someone who wants a bright, unchallenging fruity floral that sits close to the skin and doesn't demand attention. Skip it if you crave projection, or if white chocolate and synthetic florals make you wince. Is there any reason to choose this over the original Euphoria, which at least had a more distinctive dark fruit vibe? Not really, but for a breezy, low stakes daytime wear, it does the job without offending anyone.
