Character
Pink pepper arrives first with a crisp bite that cuts through the heavy air of a crowded evening market. Saffron follows closely, wrapping that brightness in a golden, slightly medicinal warmth. The honey and dates do not create a syrup. They provide a dark, fermented sugar that feels thick on the skin.
Rose sits at the center, but it is dry and austere rather than dewy. Frankincense adds a church-like resin that floats above the floral stem. Cypriol pushes a muddy, earthy root scent into the mix, giving the flowers a rugged, terrestrial foundation that keeps them from floating away.
Gurjan balsam and amber create a smooth, polished wood effect in the final stage. Patchouli brings its familiar damp soil character to anchor the resins. Musk lingers in the background, softening the edges of the sharper spices without turning the blend into a soft cloud.
The air smells of heated stone and dried petals inside a courtyard where the night air carries a chill, and the only light comes from a single lantern swinging near a carved wooden door.
