Pear and bergamot open bright and a little sour, making the tuberose that follows feel almost restrained, creamy more than blaring.
Jasmine sambac and orange blossom thicken the white floral core, heavy with petals but not cloying, while vetiver runs underneath, dry and green, cutting a clean line through all that petal before patchouli even arrives.
Patchouli and ambroxan settle into the base and are doing most of the lasting power here, holding on tenaciously once they take over, refusing to thin out the way the pear and bergamot already have. That same base keeps the whole fragrance felt clearly by whoever you're talking to, calm and warm, not loud, animalic just at the edges, more a personal signature than a public one.
Cooler weather brings out the best in it, the warmth of patchouli and vanilla reading right for fall and winter air while the tuberose feels indulgent rather than out of place. It works for a daytime office as readily as an evening event, floral enough for people who normally avoid tuberose, though not for anyone wanting something sharp and clean instead.
