Climax
Fragrance notes
Character
Climax opens with eucalyptus that feels sharp and cooling. The note arrives with a medicinal edge that clears the air before the rest of the composition moves in. It is brief and direct, setting a crisp tone that prepares the senses for the heavier elements waiting underneath.
Rhubarb and violet form the heart, where the tart fruit cuts through a soft floral haze. The violet brings a powdery quality that sits close to the skin, while the rhubarb keeps the blend from becoming too smooth. This stage balances the green freshness of the opening with a gentle sweetness that starts to deepen.
The base is where Climax settles into its true character. Sandalwood and cedar provide a dry, woody foundation, but they share space with caramel and amber that add a thick, golden sweetness. Tobacco lends a dark, slightly bitter richness that grounds the sugar. Animalic notes give the entire mixture a warm, visceral texture that feels intimate in low light and warm air. The powdery violet from the heart lingers here, mixing with the amber and caramel to create a finish that is sweet, woody, and distinctly aromatic.
