Cosmic Purple opens with a sharp, tangy rhubarb that immediately meets a bright lemon. The coffee in the top layer is present but stays in the background, adding a roasted edge to the fruit rather than dominating the start. This opening feels brisk and slightly sour, moving quickly into the heart of the fragrance.
The middle reveals tobacco and rose working together. The tobacco is dry and leafy, while the rose provides a soft floral contrast that prevents the tobacco from becoming too heavy. Pimento adds a gentle spicy warmth that bridges the gap between the fresh top and the deep base. Leather arrives with vetiver and cedar to form a woody, animalic foundation that feels dry and textured.
Composed by Tristan Badard and launched in 2023, this is an aromatic and green scent that carries a sweet undertone throughout its development. The fruity citrus from the opening lingers just enough to soften the leather and wood.
