FORMULA #88
Fragrance notes
Character
A narrow path cuts through a garden where the grass is damp and the light sits low. Marigold and saffron open the walk with a warm, herbal heat that feels pressed between the cool air and the soil. Jasmine lifts the edge of that heat into something brighter, though it stays close to the ground rather than floating upward.
White flowers gather in the middle of the trail, soft and creamy against the sharper threads of burnt sugar. The sugar does not read as a dessert here. It carries a dark, scorched edge that blends into white woods and gives the air a dry, balsamic weight. The flowers feel anchored, rooted in the earth rather than drifting past.
Ambergris and dry wood settle near the base of an old stone wall where moss spreads in uneven patches. The moss pulls the scent toward the ground again, earthy and aromatic, while the animalic warmth of ambergris lingers in the fabric of a scarf. The woods feel stripped and pale, matching the color of the stones.
The whole path smells of heat caught in cold earth, a place where spice and flower meet damp wood and moss without either one winning.
