Água de Vetiver opens with a sharp, almost metallic lemon that feels a little thin next to the wet seaweed. The sage tries to steady it, but the first few minutes lean more chemical than coastal. The floral heart does not rush in to fix that. Lily-of-the-valley and magnolia stay pale here, with rose adding a faint powder that never fully settles the top. It is a transparent composition, so the edges show.
Sunlight on pale wood decking suits this scent better than a crowded room. The vetiver arrives dry and clean, with cedar giving it a narrow, upright posture. Tonka bean rounds the base just enough to keep the vetiver from feeling bare, though it never turns sweet. Marine and herbal accords carry the opening through a bright, airy space where nothing feels heavy. Citrus lingers at the edges while the woody side holds the center. Earthy tones stay quiet, letting the aquatic accord do the work.
